We ship Monday-Friday each week.
All orders placed by 12:30PM EST on Monday -Friday may ship the same day. Order after 12:30PM and the package ships the next business day. Shipments typically arrive 1-3 business days from the day the order is placed.
We ship our packages vis UPS, with shipper’s release, which means you don’t have to sign for your package. Typically, UPS will deliver anytime between 7am and 8pm. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure recipients are going to be available on the date of delivery.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes
Printed Manuals: On the off chance the printed manual arrives damaged, with a material manufacturing defect, or a material defect in workmanship, contact us at 770-455-4459 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 days of receipt and we will work with you to secure a replacement copy if necessary.
If the order is cancelled before the manuals are shipped, your payment may be credited to your form of payment.
Events: Ticket purchases to conventions, trade shows, all State meetings are non-refundable unless cancelled within ten (10) days before the event.
